DIT IS WIJS means educational innovation and talent development. DIT IS WIJS works according to the principle: Teaching à la Carte. This means that they do not start from a job but from the personal wishes and possibilities of the teachers: tailor-made education.
DIT IS WIJS had the same website for almost 5 years without making any changes. So it was time for a rebranding. The online image was quite far behind compared to the offline image of the fast-growing company with already 1000+ teachers placed. It was time for a new site. We couldn’t wait to start.
The main task was to get rid of the old fashioned online image. We did this by creating a cool and fresh design so that interested teachers can experience the customer journey in a user-friendly way. This way they can easily put together their ideal dream job or respond to an existing job.
We have built a custom link between WordPress and the existing vacancy system of DIT IS WIJS. The link works both ways. On the one hand, new vacancies are entered into WordPress and on the other hand applications are sent into the vacancy system.

Also we linked the Typeform plugin to the DIT IS WIJS vacancy system. With Typeform we have been able to create an out-of-the-box open application process, in which the applications are directly entered into the vacancy system and can be easily followed up.
As an extension of their advertisements, we have created landing pages to generate leads based on the proposition: ‘Teaching a la cart’. Teachers who are interested indicate their wishes and needs for teaching on the basis of an accessible personal form. For this we have built a place name autocompletion in which the application is sent to the nearest recruitment office based on the selected city linked to the province.
